Each week QVENDO offers several sales on luxury bands, fashion and accessories exclisively through its online shop. These sales usually last just a couple of days, so when you see something you like, act fast! Members are able to browse through each item in the online shop and get high resolution images of each product as well as a size assistant to help determine your proper fit.
your cart and wait lists
Since we sell luxury brands online at extremely competitive prices for a limited time, you will only be able to keep an item in your cart for several minutes. When this time runs out, the item will go back into the shop if you have not opted to purchase it. If another member has already put the item you want in their cart, we give you the option to add that item to your wait list. In the event it becomes available again, we will notify you straight away. But hurry, the wait list does not automatically place it in your cart, you still have to manually add it.

return policy
Currently QVENDO does offer returns for ordering the wrong size or dissatisfaction with the look of an item on a per-user basis and solely upon QVENDO's discretion. If you feel that you would like to return an item, simply contact us or call our customer service line at 000-800-100-4123.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from QVENDO to the designated shipping address. If your item arrives damaged it can be returned as long as you do not sign for it, or specifically note on the signature form that you accept the item damaged in order to further inspect it before return.
speedy delivery
The prices in our online shop are all inclusive (incl. taxes and customs duty), when you come to checkout the only additional cost you will find is the flat shipping rate for your order. There will be no extra surprise fees at delivery from customs!

QVENDO strives to deliver merchandise within 4 to 10 business days from the close of a sale. Customers are also given a tracking number for their orders so you know exactly where your package is and when to expect it.
