Bugatti: From jackets to a lifestyle brand!

It started with a phone book of the fashion city of Milan. Klaus-Jürgen Möller, the chief marketing officer of the company Brinkmann looked through the telephone directory to find an Italian sounding name for a new fashion line of the company. He chanced upon bugatti at the beginning of the book and the catchy sounding name jumped out from there and into the patent office. The brand was registered in 1978,  and then  the first five bugatti jackets were produced in Hertford.
